Biography

Dave Brink was primarily a track pursuiter, although he also raced on the roads. Brink was US Champion in the individual pursuit in 1966, 1967, and 1968. He raced the team pursuit at the 1967 Pan American Games, placing fourth, and also competed at the 1966 World Championships. Brink won the 1968 Nevada City Classic on the roads, breaking a streak of five straight wins by Bob Parsons. Brink stopped competing in 1969. He later became a long-haul truck driver.
