Magdaleno Cano was a Mexican cyclist who was active during the mid-1950s. In 1954 Cano finished second at the Vuelta a México before winning bronze a year later in the team road race at the Pan American Games. He had another second place at the Vuelta a México in 1956, earning himself a place at the Olympics in Melbourne. At the Games he finished ninth in the individual road race in a small group of rides who were just over two minutes behind the race winner.
