Biography

János Grimm started his career with Edison KE in 1916, competing primarily in sprint and tandem racing. Between 1920 and 1922, he moved to the rival club, Világosság KE, but soon returned to Edison KE. Grimm was a multiple national champion and competed at the 1924 Paris Olympics. From 1927 he raced for BSE, but in 1928 he moved to Debrecen, and retired from racing. Grimm worked as a mechanical engineer for the Sonnenschein soap factory in Budapest.
