James Jackson was a Canadian cyclist who was active during the early 1930s. In 1932 Jackson was selected to compete at the Los Angeles Olympics. At the Games he finished 25th in the individual road race, 12 minutes behind the race winner. One year later Jackson won a six-day race in Detroit with fellow Canadian cyclist Torchy Peden.
