Mok Sau Hei was a Hong Kong cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 he was selected to compete at the Tokyo Olympics. He finished 30th in the team time trial with his compatriots, in addition to being one of the few cyclists to be disqualified during the road race.
