Biography

César Peñaranda was a Peruvian cyclist who was active during the 1930s. In 1936 Peñaranda competed in the road race at the Berlin Olympics where he finished the course, but his time was not recorded. His participation in the road race also contributed to Peru’s overall placement in the team event. Peñaranda was 91-years-old when he died in March 2007.
