Hungarian cyclist Ferenc Éles represented Ferencvárosi TC from 1933 to 1948, before representing Csepel until 1950. Éles had an amazing record in Hungary, winning 18 national titles on the track and road from 1934 to 1947. In 1935 he finished second in the overall classification at the Tour of Hungary. The following year he was selected to compete in the road race at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, but he did not start. At the 1937 Tour of Poland, Éles finished second on stage 6 and seventh on stage 7. Away from competing in races he worked as a bicycle and parts trader.
