Biography

Eva-Maria Ittner was a German épée fencer who finished seventh in both the team and individual competition at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. She also won two team gold medals at World Championships, and four more silvers (one of them individual silver in 1991). In 1993, Ittner added a team bronze at the Europeans.

At German nationals Ittner won both four individual, and four team titles. In 1989, she also won the overall world cup. By profession, she became a graduated engineer in utility technology.
