Biography

Midfielder Leopold Mikolasch was a member of the Austrian football team at the 1948 London Olympics. They lost their first-round match 3-0 to the eventual gold medallists Sweden. In total, he won eight international caps.

Domestically, Mikolasch played with 1. Simmeringer SC (until 1938), FK Austria Wien (Vienna) (1938-50), and SV Gloggnitz (1950-51). He helped Austria Wien win the Austrian Championship in 1949 and 1950 and the Austrian Cup in 1948 and 1949.
