Biography

Ibrahim Aoudou was a Cameroonian professional footballer who played for the national side. Aoudou played for Canon Yaoundé from 1976 to 1981. Aoudou then moved to France where he played for AS Cannes, RC Besancon, and US Corte.

Aoudou’s international career for Cameroon spanned from 1979 to 1986, playing in 48 matches. In 1982 Aoudou played in all three of Cameroon’s group matches at the FIFA World Cup in Spain. During the 1980s Aoudou played in three editions of the Africa Cup of Nations, and was part of Cameroon’s squad at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. Aoudou later became a coach, which included leading the Turkmenistan national football team between 2008 and 2009.
