Biography

Carlo Demarchi played only one match for the national team, in the 1912 Olympic tournament against Finland, losing 3-2. The team was eliminated in the semi-final of the consolation round. Demarchi played for only one club in his career, Torino FC, for whom he played 57 matches both before and after World War I, retiring in 1922. The midfielder had his début for the club in 1909 but had to interrupt his career for four years during World War I. He worked as a company employee.
