Biography

Heike Schwarm was a member of the West German female gymnastics team that finished a respectable fourth at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She also placed 31st in the individual all-around but missed the apparatus finals. Schwarm won four individual national titles. By profession, she became a basic primary school teacher at her hometown Idar-Oberstein.
