Jacques Marty had a brief career as an amateur boxer, but he is best known in France as an actor. His first big role was in “Le bon et les méchants (The Good Guys and Bad Guys)” in 1976. He later appeared many times on stage in Les Misérables, and acted alongside Jean-Paul Belmondo and Marlène Jobert. Later in his life he became an agent representing actors and performers.
