Biography

Handball player Jens Fiedler competed at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, but the East German team finished a disappointing seventh. His only six international matches with the GDR national team were at the Olympic Games, when he scored two goals. Domestically, Fiedler played with SC Magdeburg, SV Irxleben, HV Wernigerode and SV Eiche 05 Biederitz.
