Biography

Lajos Kutasi, as a handball player of Elektromos, won the Hungarian championship in 1935 and 1937. Between 1935 and 1938 he appeared in the Hungarian national team 12 times. He was a member of national team at the 1936 Olympic Games, finishing fourth and at the 1938 World Championship also in Berlin, winning the bronze medal. After completing his career, he remained close to the sport as a referee. He worked as an electrical engineer at the Budapest Electric Works.
