Biography

German rower Annette Hohn won the bronze medal with the re-unified German coxless fours at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Therefore, the crew was awarded the Silver Bay Leaf, Germany’s highest sports award. In 1990, she won the bronze medal with the GDR eights at the World Championships. Hohn won four GDR titles with the eights in 1986-87 and 1989-90. In re-unified Germany she added another eights title in 1991 and, in 1992, the coxless fours title.
