Peter Becker, a West German rower, finished fifth at the 1976 Montréal Olympics, partnering Gerhard Kroschewski in the double sculls. The same year, the pair won the West German nationals with both the double and quadruple sculls. Becker was affiliated with WSV Geisenheim.
