Biography

German rower Erwin Hoffstätter was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the eights at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. His boat from Mannheimer RV Amicitia won the German national title from 1928-30. Hoffstätter also won German titles with the coxless fours in 1929.
