Biography

Rowing for the Vesper BC, Roscoe Lockwood won a gold medal in the eight at Paris in 1900. He later became chief investigator for the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in Moorestown, New Jersey. Lockwood was a New Jersey native, who worked for the Division from the time of its formation until only five years before his death, retiring at 81.
