Biography

Johnny Elliott boxed for Jamaica at the 1964 Olympics but shortly thereafter settled in England. He represented Great Britain in several international competitions. Elliott settled in Telford, where worked for GKN Sankey, a car chassis and frame manufacturer. He also set up the company boxing club and trained many local boxers.
