Biography

The career of South African competitive sports shooter Corné Bornman spanned from 1974 until 2008, with him competing in skeet, trap, and double trap events. Bornman won multiple competitions with the Clay Target Shooting Association of South Africa, with the organisation naming him as Sportsman of the Year in 1979. In 1992 he competed in the trap at the Barcelona Olympics, but had a disappointing Games, placing 52nd out of 54 athletes.
