Biography

Enrique Lucca was a Venezuelan sports shooter who finished 25th in the 50 metres prone small-bore rifle at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. The competition was very close with the top-25 places only separated by six points, with Canada’s Gerry Ouellette scoring the maximum of 600. The course was later re-measured and found to be 1.5 metres short of 50 metres. Seven years later Luca won bronze in the team 50 metres prone small-bore rifle at the 1963 Pan American Games in São Paulo.
