Biography

West German diver Willi Meyer was eliminated in the qualification round in both the springboard and platform events at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. In 1988 and 1989 he won five national titles. Meyer later became a sports administrator in the Swimming Association of North Rhine Westfalia, responsible for the diving department.
