Etsuko Kamakura was a Japanese diver. After graduating from high school in Osaka, Etsuko Kamakura took first place at the 6th Meiji Jingu Games in springboard and platform diving earning her a place on the Japanese team for the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics. In the springboard event Kamakura finished in seventh place and in the platform event she finished in sixth place.
