Biography

Ray Kaye swam the 200 breaststroke at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, but did not advance past the semi-finals. He was third in the event at the 1936 US Olympic Trials. Kaye represented the Detroit Athletic Club. He was the 1937 AAU Champion in the 200 breaststroke outdoors. Kaye worked as a painter and decorator. He married Elizabeth Adelbert in 1937.
