Biography
West German archer Bernhard Schulkowski was on the team at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and finished 59th in the individual event. With the team he placed 18th in the qualification round, but did not reach the semi-finals. Domestically, he collected 14 national titles and became a four-time Police World Champion. By profession, he was a police commissioner.
