Biography

Gail O’Rourke played volleyball at El Camino Community College and then Marymount College. Raised in Manhattan Beach, California, after the 1964 Olympics O’Rourke moved to Honolulu and worked for Surf Line Hawai’i. She later worked as an independent sales representative for several mainland clothing companies. In Hawai’i she continued to be active in volleyball, playing on a number of masters’ teams.
