Biography

Apart from war service with the Royal engineers in France and Palestine, Tom Thould spent his life in Weston-Super-Mare where he worked as a clerk for the Gas Company for 35 years. He played at half-back, and with Paul Radmilovic formed the backbone of the local club’s water polo team that won the national championship in 1906 and 1907. Thould also won numerous Somerset swimming titles.
