Biography

Sammy Dalzell finished fifth in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games bantamweight class (585 pounds). In the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games bantamweight class he finished seventh (610 pounds) and in the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games bantamweight class he finished eighth (600.25 pounds). In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for Northern Ireland.
