Biography

Finnish wrestler Aatami Tanttu won his first three bouts in the lightweight tournament at the 1912 Olympics. After he lost to the German Bruno Heckel by fall in the 16th minute, he withdrew from the competition. In 1914, he had his only podium at Finnish Championships placing 3rd in the 67.5 kg division.
