Biography

Armin Weier was an East German freestyle wrestler who was eliminated in the second round with 7.0 bad points at the 1980 Moskva Olympics in the middleweight class. In 1978 he won his only East German national title, also placing second in 1976, 1979 and 1983. In 1978, Weier placed sixth at the Europeans.
