Biography
Sailor Susanne Theel partnered Silke Preuß at the 1988 Seoul Olympics representing East Germany in the two person dinghy 470, and finished seventh. The previous year the pair won the East German national title. In 1980 and 1982, Theel also won the 420 dinghy nationals.
