Johann Eisl was an Austrian sailor who participated in the 1976 Montréal Olympics when the sailing events were held in Kingston, Ontario. He partnered Ernst Seidl in the two-person heavyweight dinghy (Flying Dutchman), and placed 13th. Domestically, Eisl represented UYC Wolfgangsee. He later owned an organic farm at Strobl on Wolfgangsee.
