Biography

Swedish sailor Sten Elliot joined GKSS Göteborg in 1960, going on to represent his country at the Olympics in the same year. At the 1960 Roma Olympics Elliot was part of Sweden’s crew in the three-person keelboat event. After finishing in 12th place in the first two individual races the Swedish boat soon slipped down the rankings to ultimately finish in 20th place out of the 27 teams that took part.
