Bo Kaiser was a sailor who represented the Royal Swedish Yacht Club. Kaiser was the helmsman in the Dragon event at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Along with crewmen Arne Settergren and Styrbjörn Holm the Swedish team finished 14th with a best result of sixth in the second of the seven races.
