Dan Lovén was a Swedish sailor who represented GKSS in Göteborg. In 1984 Lovén and Magnus Holmberg competed in the 470 class at the Los Angeles Olympics. After a consistent set of results, the pair were disqualified in fifth of seven races, before placing sixth in the following race, to finish 16th overall.
