Biography
Dirk Meyer was a West German windsurfer who participated in the 1984 Long Beach and the 1988 Busan Olympic sailing events. In 1984, he finished seventh with the Windglider and in 1988 was placed 13th with the Lechner Division II. Also in 1984, he won his only national title. By profession, Meyer became a doctor.
