Biography

Active during the 1910s and 1920s long-distance runner Oscar Blansaer represented ARA Gantoise in his native Belgium. At the 1912 Flanders championships Blansaer finished in second place in the 5,000 metres and in fourth place in the cross-country run. At the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics he finished in 34th place in the marathon out of the 35 athletes who completed the course.

Personal Best: Mar – 3-20:00 (1920).
