Born in Chad in 1896 Taki N’Dio later went on to represent France in track and field athletics. He specialised in the javelin throw with him selected to compete in the event at the 1924 Paris Olympics. N’Dio´s best effort was 48.92 metres in the qualification round. He was only in his late-30s when he died in south-west France in May 1935.
