Biography

High jumper Ellen Mundinger finished 10th at the 1972 München Olympics. She won three West German national titles from 1972-74, but was later overshadowed by Ulrike Meyfarth. Mundinger finished sixth at the 1974 European Indoors. In 1991 she married the German Athletes Association physician Karlheinz Graff, but they later divorced. She worked as a school teacher for sports and geographics. Her father owned the Mundinger Brewery in Offenburg.

Personal Best: HJ – 1.89 (1980).
