Biography

Triple jumper Joachim Kugler came in 11th at the 1968 Mexico Olympics, and also won the Military World Championships (CISM) that same year. At the 1971 European Championships Kugler placed ninth, and at the 1973 European Indoors he was eliminated in the qualifying round. He was West German Champion in 1974-75, winning indoors in 1973.

Personal Best: TJ – 16.47 (1968).
