Biography

Customs secretary Paul Willführ was active in athletics, hockey (field), football (soccer), and tennis. In 1912, he competed at the Stockholm Olympics, finishing 18th in the shot put and 23rd in the javelin throw. He also took part in the discus with an unknown result. Willführ was German Champion with the javelin in 1911, and with the discus in 1913 and 1915. He died in 1922 in Hannover after complications from surgery.
