Biography
Peter Francis finished fourth in the 880 yards and fifth in the 4×440 yards relay (with Kimaru Songok, Seraphino Antao, and Wilson Kiprugut) and was eliminated in the heats of the 1 mile at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games. In the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Francis finished seventh in the 880 yards.
