Fernando Ramírez was a Mexican track and field athlete who specialised as a sprinter. Ramírez was the national champion in the 100 metres in both 1932 and 1934. He ran in the 100 metres at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics but did not advance from the heats. Three years later he was part of the quartet that won bronze in the 4 x 100 metres at the 1935 Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador.
