Víctor Villaseñor was a Mexican track and field athlete who specialised in sprinting. Villaseñor ran in the 400 metres at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics but finished last in his heat. Along with Alfonso García, José Lucílo Iturbe, and Jesús Moraila, he was also part of the Mexican quartet that ran in the 4 × 400 metres relay.
