Nils Andersen was Norwegian track and field athlete who specialised in middle and long-distance running events. At the national championships Andersen won silver in the 1,500 metres (1924) and the 5,000 metres (1925), along with bronze in the 1,500 metres (1922, 1926). Along with Hans Gundhus, Haakon Jansen, and Johan Badendyck he ran in the 3,000 metres team event at the 1924 Paris Olympics.
