Biography

Sven Malm was 1917 Swedish Champion in the 400 metres hurdles but did not compete in this event at the Olympics. Malm was part of the 4 × 100 metres relay team that won the bronze medal at the 1920 Antwerpen Games. He also ran in the 4 × 400 metres relay in Antwerpen, with Sweden finishing in fifth place. He was a four-time Swedish Champion with the 4 x 100 metres relay and never placed worse than second at eight championships from 1916 to 1923.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.8 (1920); 200 – 22.0 (1920); 400 – 49.8 (1920).
