Biography

Östen Sandström was a Swedish track and field athlete who represented IFK Sundsvall. Sandström specialised as a sprinter and was selected to represent Sweden at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was part of the quartet that ran in the 4 x 100 metres relay, with the team narrowly missing out on the final after finishing third in their heat.

Personal Best: 100 – 10.7 (1937).
