Biography

Hugo Svensson was a Swedish track and field athlete who specialised in the pole vault. As a representative of Malmö AI athletics club Svensson competed at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. His best clearance was 3.20 metres, followed by three failures at 3.40 metres, well below the 3.65 qualification height needed to advance to the final.
