Biography

Ben Nduga was eliminated in the semi-finals of the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 100 yards. In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 220 yards as well as in the 4×110 yards (with Lawrence Ogwang and the non-Olympians John Agoro and Yekoyasi Kasango) Nduga was eliminated in the heats. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4×110 yards (with Erasmus Amukum and the non-Olympians Ignatius Okello and S. Bwowe) Nduga finished sixth. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 100 yards as well as in the 220 yards he was eliminated in the quarter-finals.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.6 (1956); 200 – 21.2y (1956).
